Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and guide them when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Requirements
• 5 years proven experience as construction project manager
• Submit a list of recent projects where you performed as the project manager. Include the project name, location, brief description, cost, and square footage.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of Blue Beam, Primavera P6 Scheduling Software, Procore, and MS Office
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

Job Description
Our team is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and hard-working Construction Superintendent who is willing to put their bags on when needed. This role requires you to lead and manage the on-site construction team, and oversee all work on site. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site and to ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are available on site at all times.
To ensure success you should monitor and enforce job site safety, complete projects on time and within budget, and never compromise on quality. Top candidates will be strong leaders, pro-active and perform well under pressure.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
• Create a schedule and set performance goals and deadlines ensuring milestones are reached
• Supervise field personnel and provide guidance when needed
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers
• Maintain Daily Logs. Monitor and report on project progress
• Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities
• Determine and keep track of needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Implement and enforce safety and quality guidelines including weekly safety meetings/site inspections
• Monitor and ensure on-site cleanliness and orderliness
• Resolve report on-site issues and emergencies
Requirements
