The Nissan CDA project was a 24,494 SF remodel/addition to the existing, outdated showroom and shop. Ginno construction did a complete gut and remodel of approximately 9,370 SF of the existing Nissan dealership, added on 2,624 SF of new showroom and 12,500 SF of new shop space. The structure was a mixture of steel and CMU construction. This building had over 280 LF of space where the new building and existing building met. This made it a fun challenge as we made the new building work with the old. In addition to the building we expanded their sales lot by approximately 72,000 SF and upgraded and resurfaced their existing lot.
