We are committed to building QUALITY PROJECTS that provide our CLIENTS with the BEST possible solution for their CONSTRUCTION needs.

Established in Idaho in 1992 and incorporated in 1999, Ginno Construction is a widely respected builder in the Pacific Northwest. And we’ve earned this respect by approaching every project with a passion and commitment to deliver high-quality, detailed work, on time and within budget.

We carry out a diversified mix of  projects in both the private and public sectors, including office, education, retail, pre-fabricated metal buildings, multi-family housing, hospitality, municipal, judicial, light industrial, medical and custom residential.

The Ginno Construction team is powered by our dedicated employees. We employ a full-time staff of office personnel, project managers, superintendents, foreman, carpenters, and laborers.  Ginno Construction has the ability to self-perform many construction services including concrete, carpentry, finish carpentry, metal building erection, as well as installation of windows, doors, hardware, and specialty items.

We are bonded and licensed to conduct business in Idaho, Washington and Montana. We hold Public Works licenses in Idaho and Washington as well as an Idaho Public Works Construction Manager License.

We build communities.

A few ways we give back: We facilitate our own projects that improve overall quality of life in the community. We support youth-centered learning experiences that help young people develop skills and positive character traits like trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
