Converted a turn of the century building into an upscale restaurant.  Shell details kept intact including stamped lead ceiling, sandblasted brick, and rough-sawn posts & beams.  Added an elevator to access three floors, reconstructed the storefront for “curb appeal” with steel awnings, storefront frames and glass, and all new EIFS work.  Extensive mechanical and electrical systems, including fire sprinkler system, refrigeration and HVAC systems, alarm, and communication systems.  Heavy emphasis placed on finishes, including extensive millwork, and casework.
