38,000 sq. ft. complete remodel of an existing elementary school in Coeur d’Alene that took place over summer break. It also included a 5,800 sq. ft. addition of a new library, kitchen, administration offices, and computer lab. This challenging project required constant attention and communication with the owner and architect. Ginno Construction successfully completed this project on time & within budget.
