Silver Park Commercial Complex is designed for upscale professionals who like the serenity of nature and the convenience of being close to town. It is located off Highway 95 just west of the Silver Lake Valley Mall. There are currently three buildings completed in the park. The main building is 16,000 square feet and designed to house four separate ten-ants with underground parking. Each of the two floors are 8,000 square feet and have an elevator to take you from the secured underground parking garage to each floor. The other two buildings are virtually identical 6,000 square foot single story buildings that are designed for four separate tenants as well. There is one building pad left that is currently being designed for the final completion of the grand office park. David Evans and Associates, Forest Capital, and Bennett Industries are tenants and their improvements were all completed by Ginno Construction.
