Ginno Construction completed the first phase of a three phase master plan. The initial phase of Lake City Community Church is a 37,000 square foot sanctuary, with a seating capacity of 1,200 and a state of the art sound and lighting system was completed in the spring of 2008. Other elements of this project were a spacious Gathering Area and Cafe, Conference Areas, Nursery and Toddler Rooms. The relationship that exists between Lake City Community Church and Ginno Construction has led to the planning of the next two phases consisting of a religious education wing to be constructed in the area remaining between the existing church and the new sanctuary and serve as the connecting element tying the original church building to the recently completed main sanctuary. The final phase will be the exterior remodel of the existing church and minor work on the interior.
