Project consisted of 15,000 square feet, three stories with a full basement. Structural steel frame and metal stud in-fi ll walls, concrete slabs on metal decking, open web metal roof trusses & metal stud interior walls. Exterior finishes include brick veneer, CMU veneer, EIFS, aluminum windows, store front entrances and single ply roofing.
