Company History

Construction is truly a service business. At Ginno Construction we approach every project with the same quality and attention to detail. Each team member desires to achieve success by performing quality work in the safest, most economical manner.

We continually strive to build and maintain successful relationships with clients, architects, and engineers while delivering quality projects in the Inland Northwest. Our office staff consists of four project managers, each with an accredited degree, a project assistant, a safety and EPA officer, controller, and a project administrator. We employee 35 full time field personnel and hire craftsmen as required by our work load. We have the ability to perform selected construction activities, including concrete, carpentry, finish carpentry, and installation of doors, windows, and hardware. Self performing work allows us better control over critical aspects of construction and added quality control.

Ginno Construction earned and has maintained an OSHA Partnership by achieving a current EMR of 0.78; which is below industry standards. Providing a safe work environment is no diff erent than building a quality project – it takes a constant team eff ort. When building a project with Ginno Construction, you don’t just get a superintendant and a monthly invoice; you get our entire company and our commitment to providing the safest, highest quality project in a timely manner.

Ginno Construction has completed a diversified mix of commercial construction projects in both the private and public sector that includes office, educational, retail, multi-family, hospitality, municipal, judicial, light industrial and medical facilities. In addition Ginno Construction has a custom residential division.

Since Ginno Construction’s formation, Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc., whom represents Zurich Insurance, has continued to be our bonding agent. In addition we hold an Idaho Public Works license with an unlimited rating, and are licensed in Washington, California and Montana.

Through volunteering, Ginno Construction has been a positive influence on young lives, help older individuals remain independent in their own homes, clean up the environment, offer our professional skills to local nonprofit groups, and lend our talents and experience to strengthening our communities in countless other ways.

We not only develop, plan and carry out projects that improve the quality of life in our local communities, but also help young people build skills, provide youth-centered learning experiences and encourages young people to develop the positive character traits of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.  Ginno is a proud supporter of numerous community organizations, events and programs.
